The Most Exhausting Time of Life

On the road home this evening, I saw some stupid motorcycle driver ran toward an Aqua truck which - obviously - in the position of turning right and apparently just waiting for the right moment to enter its warehouse yard. What I meant by the 'right moment' was the moment where people, especially motorbike drivers gave it a chance to finish its business, instead of kept driving between the empty space of the truck and its yard.

Alas, that motorcycle crashed into that truck and found its poor fate. Although it's a good thing its driver and passenger were still alive, I presumed.

Honestly, sometimes I was that stupid driver.

Time is trying to catch me, on the road, I need to finish it quick before boredom and sleepiness swallows me away.

On the long, unexciting road to the office, I'm trying to fight my exhaustion.

The only part that made me feel good every day on the road to office was this tiny road path filled with trees on both sides. Now it's filled with construction materials instead. It's been months but the highway repairment has not yet find its closure, I suppose.

As well as the underground project along the road near my house, rather than months, it's been years already!

And that's the road where the previous stupidity I wrote to you happened.

I lived in East Java 'till about 2 years ago. I disliked Sidoarjo's road quality. But tell you what, Bekasi is much worse. You got bad roads in Sidoarjo, in Bekasi you got extra hole traps. Roadsides where the underground project took place never had been restored properly. People are not that comfortable riding on this road. The hole traps are everywhere on this road! It's not just uncomfortable... It's dangerous!

Lightning is also much worse in some parts of this road. Somebody got trampled on by a truck because it's super dark a few months ago.

Is the world exhausted, just like me? Even if it's trying hard not to look like that by humoring itself it's better to be like this...

Dear Husband, Everywhere is A Dying City

I understand why overthinking is a bad habit, not just a psychological issue, sometimes it can even lead to sins — lots of them. But we live in a dying city, although just like in everywhere else. It's so tiring to see such a fast-paced world. No rest, no emotion, people race to reach higher places... Although how high is high enough? I don't know. I'm dreaming of a simple and unsophisticated life. Anyway in the surah Quraish, a blessed person has enough to eat and is safe against fear. No Ferrari, no 4-storey house, no Gucci... Just a simple meal and protection. And yes, that's true... How much can you eat before your stomach exploded?  We don't need a lot... We just need simple things... الَّذِي أَطْعَمَهُمْ مِنْ جُوعٍ وَآمَنَهُمْ مِنْ خَوْفٍ (4) But today, even food and security is a privilege, so are housing, clothing, healthcare, and education. Larangan vs Paksaan Perempuan untuk Bekerja

Sebagai perempuan, menurutku perempuan memang makhluk Allah paling ribet. Sebagai perempuan, kami tidak suka dipaksa, tapi kami juga tidak suka apabila tidak diperhatikan (dibiarkan) wkwk. Mungkin ada benarnya hadits Nabi, "Berbuat baiklah pada para wanita. Karena wanita diciptakan dari tulang rusuk, dan bagian paling bengkok dari tulang rusuk adalah bagian atasnya. Jika engkau berusaha meluruskannya, maka ia akan patah, dan jika engkau membiarkannya maka ia akan tetap bengkok. Maka, berbuat baiklah pada para wanita." (HR.
